This training was structured around the latest GAP (Guidance Advice and Practice) Paper, a draft of which will be launched at this training event.
Specifically the training day will include presentations centred on best practice in working with complainants.
All those working directly with complainants such as Church authorities, DLPs, Deputy DLPs and Support People should attend.
