The National Board will commence a consultation process on a revision of the current child safeguarding policy for the Catholic Church in Ireland. More information will be available in the coming months.

The National Board provides papers on various aspects of child safeguarding, you can read the current GAP and Briefing papers here. New GAP papers will be produced in the coming months.

Throughout 2021 and leading up to the National Conference in 2022, the National Board has commissioned theologians and other experts to produce a video every month until October 2021 on various aspects of a theology of child safeguarding. To view the videos please follow this link.
